These Terms and Conditions of Sale constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the Customer, and Full Bore Arms, a Federal Firearms Licensee (“FFL”) engaged in the business of dealing in firearms, with its licensed business at: Full Bore Arms, 518 South Virginia Joplin MO, 64801, (417) 385-1387. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these terms.
Orders: All orders are subject to Full Bore Arms’ acceptance and our ability to fulfill them. We’re not liable for refusing or failing to accept an order or for inability to deliver. Acceptance is confirmed only by shipment. We don’t backorder unless agreed in writing.
Customers: “Customer” means any U.S. person eligible to purchase firearms under the Gun Control Act of 1968. We don’t sell to non-U.S. persons and comply with all U.S. export laws. You certify you’re not on any U.S. government exclusion lists (e.g., Denied Persons List) and aren’t prohibited from receiving firearms under federal, state, or local law.
Inspection and Returns: Firearms are sold as described. You have three business days after your FFL receives the firearm to inspect it and request a refund if it’s not as advertised (e.g., physical condition or significant mechanical defect). Contact us at (417) 385-1387 or [email protected] to initiate a refund. If approved, your FFL must transfer the item back to us, and we’ll refund 100% of the purchase price upon receipt. All other sales are final unless stated otherwise.
Billing and Shipping: Payment must be made via cash, money order, or cashier’s check within 7 calendar days of order placement, or the order may be canceled at our discretion. Missouri buyers pay 4.225% sales tax. Shipping costs are your responsibility, via FedEx Ground with insurance included.
Return Process: Returns require a return authorization number from us. Unauthorized returns may be refused. Approved returns (outside the 100% refund cases) incur a 10% restocking fee. Items must be properly packed, insured, and shipped prepaid to us.
Subsequently Prohibited Firearms: If a firearm sold by us later becomes prohibited by law, you have no automatic right of return. We may, at our discretion, offer a repurchase at wholesale market value, but we’re not obligated to do so.
Limitation of Liability: Firearms are sold “as is” except as noted in the inspection period. We’re not responsible for errors or omissions in descriptions or for general, special, incidental, or consequential damages. Photos are representative and may not show all defects.
All firearms listed in a Full Bore Arms sales order are subject to these terms, held in our FFL inventory or brokered for third parties, and transferred in compliance with federal and state laws.
We may refuse to transfer a firearm if we reasonably believe it would violate federal, state, or local law. If we cancel for this reason, you’ll receive a refund within 30 days, less a 10% restocking fee. You release us from any claims arising from such a cancellation.
You assume all risk for governmental actions (e.g., law changes or ATF rulings) after a transfer is complete. We’re not liable for any resulting loss, seizure, or possession issues, and you release us from related claims. If you later transfer the firearm, you agree to indemnify us against claims from your transferee.
You may not assign or transfer this agreement without our written consent. This document is the entire agreement between us, superseding prior agreements. Amendments or waivers must be in writing and signed by both parties.
This agreement is governed by Missouri law. If any provision is invalid, the rest remains enforceable.
In any litigation over this agreement, the prevailing party may recover reasonable attorney fees and costs. Disputes are governed by Missouri law and must be resolved in Missouri federal or state courts. You consent to this jurisdiction, waive jury trials, and agree not to challenge venue or request security bonds.
