Please review this Refund Policy before requesting a return. All sales are final unless outlined below. For firearms, returns may involve coordination with your Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL).
If you receive an incorrect or damaged firearm, notify us within 3 business days of receipt by your FFL. Contact us at (417) 385-1387 or support@fullborearms.com. If the error or damage is our fault (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective condition), we’ll arrange a replacement or repair and cover return shipping costs. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. If you ordered the wrong item, contact us, and we’ll try to assist, though additional costs may apply.
Allow up to 14 business days for delivery. If your package hasn’t arrived after this time, email us at support@fullborearms.com with your order details. We’ll verify tracking. If it shows “delivered,” we consider it delivered to the best of our knowledge—check with your FFL or the carrier (FedEx Ground) for more info. We’re not liable for carrier errors but will assist where possible.
If approved for a refund, check your bank account first. Processing times vary—contact your credit card company or bank if it’s delayed. Still no refund? Reach out to us at (417) 385-1387 or support@fullborearms.com, and we’ll sort it out. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 30 days of approval.
Clearance firearms are sold as-is and cannot be refunded unless defective or incorrect due to our error.
We replace firearms at our cost only if they’re defective or damaged due to our error. Contact us within 3 business days of receipt by your FFL to arrange this. All replacements are subject to availability.
For approved returns, contact us for a return authorization number. Your FFL must transfer the firearm back to Full Bore Arms, 518 South Virginia, Joplin, MO 64801. Returns must be properly packed, insured, and shipped prepaid (unless we cover costs due to our error). Unauthorized returns may be refused.
